Dr. Rodney J. Bartlett, CEO and President, pioneered the development of coupled-cluster theory in quantum chemistry to offer highly accurate solutions of the Schroedinger equation for molecular structure and spectra. Professor Bartlett, the graduate research professor in the Quantum Theory Project at the University of Florida, is a fellow of the International Academy of Quantum Molecular Sciences (1991), the American Physical Society (1986), the Guggenheim Foundation (1986), and was an E.T. S. Walton fellow in Ireland (2003). He has published over 480 papers and presented over 200 invited lectures at major meetings. According to the Institute for Scientific Information (Philadelphia PA), he is among the most cited chemists in the world, and can be found on their web page, isihighlycited.com. He was awarded the American Chemical Society Award in Theoretical Chemistry (2007). He will receive the Schroedinger Medal of the World Association of Theoretical and Computational Chemists (WATOC) for 2008.  He serves on the advisory boards of the Tyndall Research Institute, Cork Ireland, and the Advanced Studies Institute, Massey University, New Zealand.

Mr. Mark Ponton is a Computer Scientist with ACES QC. He has been instrumental  in the developing the SIAL (super instructor assembler language) software which enables ACES III to scale better than 90% for coupled-cluster calculations on on hundreds of precessors.

He holds a B.S. and  M.S. in Mathematics from Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, Tx.  He has over 30 years of computer programming experience.

Dr. Victor Lotrich is a Senior Scientist at ACES QC. He is the principal author of the ACES III  program system.

He received his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Delaware (1997). Besides software development, his interests include weak interactions, ab initio dft, and coupled-cluster theory.

Dr. Erik B. Deumens began working for Aces QC as a consultant to manage the 2003 CHSSI project with the goal to produce a scalable paralllel implementation of the CC energy and gradient computation. He is a Scientist in Chemistry and Physics at the Quantum Theory Project. He is responsible for the J.C. Slater Computing Laboratory, which is the shared computational facility of QTP. His main research interest is in structured software design and time-dependent studies of the interaction of electrons and nuclei in molecules using the Electron Nuclear Dynamics method. Erik Deumens got his Ph.D on nuclear scattering theory from the University of Brussels, Belgium.
